WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY
Dynamic debates and constructive exchange are the cornerstone of effective transatlantic relations. The GAC facilitates both with strong minds from across the Atlantic at a place bustling with inspiration. Organizing the conference together with Mirco Günther in 2014 was a true highlight of my time at Harvard.
Marcel Dietsch and I came up with the idea for the conference in 2008 because we believe in ‘people to people’ diplomacy – positive relations between individuals form the basis for collaboration. It is exciting to see the conference grow into an annual event in a setting that encourages people of different political stripes to engage constructively with each other.
