Dr. Tobias Pusch

Dr. Tobias Pusch, LL.M. (Harvard) is the President of the Harvard Alumni Club of Berlin e.V. as well as of the Harvard Scholarship Foundation Germany e.V.
Mr. Pusch was an academic assistant and tutor in Berlin at the Free University and at the Humboldt University. Between 2002 and 2005 he set up the Hamburg labour and employment law team for Allen & Overy before founding PUSCH WAHLIG LEGAL.
As a managing partner of Pusch Wahlig Legal he focuses on the representation of national and international companies and company groups as well as executives on all matters arising from individual and collective labour and employment law.
Mr. Pusch regularly lectures at the “Anwaltsakademie” (Labour Lawyers academy) and is a lecturer for Management Circle AG (on labour and employment law related aspects for managing directors).
He has been recommended as one of Germany’s leading labor law specialists by JUVE, Chambers Europe, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers and the Handelsblatt. He was also ranked by JUVE from 2008 to 2010 as one of the top employment lawyers in Germany under the age of forty.
